White wine produced from 100% Gewurztraminer grapes. The Gewurztraminer is a strong vine but its clusters tend to detach from the vine and it is very sensitive to chlorophyll and drought but resistant to cold. It is small on it and so are the clusters in golden color. The physical weakness of the vine is compensated by a high sugar level in its grapes.
Color - light straw color.
Fragrance - of violets, jasmine spiced with lemongrass and touches of green pineapple.
Taste - of sweet fresh pomelo and lychee, gentle acidity in the mouth
